How much does a drone session cost?
It depends on the service — we publish real price ranges on every service page, never hidden behind a contact form. For the exact amount for your property or project, our quote calculator gives you a number in about 2 minutes.
How does the online quote calculator work?
Select the service(s) you are interested in, add a few details (size, number of bedrooms, or nearby points of interest, depending on the service), and leave your email. You will see the price instantly on the page, and it is also sent to your inbox.
Is there a discount for booking more than one service?
Yes — 20% off the subtotal of fixed-price services when you select 2, and 30% for 3 or more. The calculator shows your current discount live as you check off services.
Do you only work in Poznań?
We are based in Poznań but take on projects across the Wielkopolska region. Travel within 30 km of Poznań is included in the price; beyond that we add a small per-km fee.
What does the booking process look like? Is a deposit required?
After you get your quote, we will follow up to find a convenient date. We generally don't require a deposit to book (this may change in the future). Other booking terms and our rescheduling policy are in the Terms of Service.
Delivery & Process
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
Flight safety comes first. If conditions (strong wind, rain, poor light) rule out a safe, good-quality flight, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
How quickly will I get my finished photos or video?
It depends on the service — as fast as 24h for Quick Recording, 48h for most real-estate services, and 3–5 business days for the Social Trend Highlight Reel. The exact turnaround is listed on each service page.
Is the interior footage in Immersive House Tour also filmed with a drone?
Yes — the drone records both the interior and the surroundings of the property in a single, continuous shot, without switching to separate equipment.
Services
What is the difference between Aerial Photos and Aerial Video?
Aerial Photos is a series of 7-12 aerial photos; Aerial Video is 3 finished videos from the same flight. Both are priced by the number of extra nearby points of interest — book either one, or both together.
What is the difference between the "Social media export" add-on and the Social Trend Highlight Reel?
"Social media export" is a cheaper 60-second re-cut of footage from an Immersive House Tour already booked — no extra flight. Social Trend Highlight Reel is a standalone service with its own dedicated flight and shot list, for any subject — a hotel, restaurant, or shop, not only property.
Can I use the photos/videos on Otodom, social media, and in ads?
Yes. Everything is prepared with publication on listing portals (Otodom, Gratka, MLS) and social media in mind. The exact usage terms are agreed in the booking contract before the shoot.
Safety & Privacy
Are your drone flights legal?
Yes. Every flight follows Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) regulations, and the business carries current civil liability insurance (OC). We check airspace restrictions at the location before every booking.
Will neighbors or their property be visible in the footage?
We frame shots to stay within the commissioned property, and any faces or license plates that appear are blurred during editing, in line with RODO/GDPR.
How do you handle the data I submit in the quote form?
Data from the quote form is used only to prepare and send your quote, plus — only if you give separate, opt-in consent — to send portfolio examples and occasional offers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
