3D Virtual Tour (interactive walkthrough, Matterport technology) — 800–1600 PLN
Immersive House Tour (aerial footage + interior in one film) — 900–2700 PLN
Social Trend Highlight Reel (dynamic 30–60 sec social video) — 900–1800 PLN
Signature Story Film (full promotional film, 1–3 min) — 1800–5000 PLN

What determines the price within each range

For real estate services, the final price within its range mostly depends on:

property size and number of bedrooms — for Immersive House Tour and 3D Virtual Tour,
the number of extra nearby points of interest (a lake, a park, the town centre) — for Aerial Photos and Aerial Video,
distance from Poznań (travel within a 30 km radius is included in the price),
add-ons, such as the 400 PLN social media export on Immersive House Tour.

Houses larger than 140m² with 4 bedrooms fall outside Immersive House Tour’s standard range (900–2700 PLN) — for those properties we put together a custom quote.

For Signature Story Film and Social Trend Highlight Reel, the range depends on the complexity of the shooting plan and number of locations — we quote those individually.

Bundle discount
